If you need your products within a certain timeframe, you have the option to choose one of two delivery options:

Standard Delivery: The average delivery time is 5-7 days to most destinations in Europe.
Express Shipping: usually takes 3-5 days and is available for some destinations in Europe.
Deliveries are made by DPDgroup, the international parcel delivery network consisting of DPD, Chronopost, SEUR, BRT and Jadlog.

We are not liable for delayed shipments, loss, destruction, damage, non-delivery or wrong delivery of a shipment by those from the courier service.

We kindly ask you to check the content of the package in the presence of the representative of the delivery company and not to sign beforehand.

If the product is damaged, please mention this fact on the transport form and immediately complain about it to the transport company.

For orders over 1000 euros we offer free delivery to most destinations in Europe. Otherwise, shipping costs will apply, which vary depending on the destination and the weight of the package.

We offer a variety of delivery options to meet the diverse needs of our customers. These include standard shipping, expedited shipping, and shipping for large or heavy products.

If you are not satisfied with the products you have purchased, you can return or exchange them within 14 days of receiving the package. Visit our Returns and Exchanges page for more information. Returns for personalized products are possible if only the product does not match the description.

Our products are custom made to order, which extends the production time up to 20 working days depending on the quantity ordered and the complexity of the project. During this time we produce, pack and deliver to your home.
