The return of the products can be done through any courier company preferred by the client. The return costs are borne by the consumer. The return will be made within 14 calendar days from the withdrawal / waiver / return request. It is recommended to return the products with the option of parcel verification.

The distance contracts concluded according to art. 16 of O.U.G. 34 are exempted from the right of withdrawal

Return policy for personalized products

Return conditions in the case of legal entities (economic operators* ) / customers who do not meet the conditions regarding the quality of consumer *

– period of 3 working days from the date of taking possession of the product / products
– minimum 3 orders completed in advance to the one for which you want returned with a value of minimum. 2000 euro

We reserve the right to apply a penalty in the case of products that do not meet the above mentioned conditions or with an exceeded return term.

The return can be made directly at the working point (address above) or by courier (recommended by DPD courier).

The sender is responsible for the correctness of the data written on the transport document (AWB), as well as for the correct packaging and labeling of the packages.
The parcels sent by the sender must be packaged in a way that protects the product from factors that can lead to its damage throughout the transport (it is recommended to use safety features, e.g.: polyester, cardboard, air bubble wrap, etc.). It is also recommended to pack the package so that it corresponds to the weight, shape and nature of the content, as well as the mode and duration of transport. The packaging must protect the contents so that it cannot be damaged by pressure or successive manipulations, being able, as the case may be, from cardboard boxes, plywood, wood, plastic filled with polystyrene.

The term of analysis of a request for withdrawal from the contract may vary between 5 and 10 days from the receipt of the product but will not exceed the legal term of reimbursement of the value in accordance with the legislation in force.

Returns by express courier or by post will not be made with reimbursement. The return of the amounts of money paid will be made later by bank transfer.

In order to avoid the refusal of the damaged packages and to verify the integrity of the products and accessories, we recommend that the return be made with the possibility of checking the package at the reception. If the parcel is suspected of damage and cannot be verified in the presence of the courier agent (in the absence of the package verification option) it will be returned, and will be recovered from the customer’s home on the operator’s cost, then the finding process will be completed in the presence of the delivery agent. In order to request any compensations from the courier company, you can check the integrity of the returned product in the presence of the courier agent and we recommend you to request the conclusion of a report of findings.

According to O.U.G. No. 34/2014 on consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals, as well as for the amendment and completion of certain normative acts, “Before the expiry of the withdrawal period, the Consumer has the right to withdraw from this contract, without having to justify the decision of withdrawal and without incurring other costs than those provided for in Article 13 para.( 3) and Article 14, within 14 calendar days starting with the day on which it comes into physical possession of the product. The costs of return shall be borne by the consumer.’ The return will be made within 14 calendar days from the withdrawal / waiver / return request.
