Refund and returns policy
The return request for natural or legal persons will be made by e-mail, at the address office@vilahomedesig.ro
The return of the products can be done through any courier company preferred by the client. The return costs are borne by the consumer. The return will be made within 14 calendar days from the withdrawal / waiver / return request. It is recommended to return the products with the option of parcel verification.
The distance contracts concluded according to art. 16 of O.U.G. 34 are exempted from the right of withdrawal
Renouncing the purchased products without invoking any reason, according to the law of distance trade (O.U.G. no. 34 / 2014 with subsequent amendments).
The products will be returned in the original packaging with all accessories and a copy of the Purchase Invoice. The return of a product without its packaging or without packaging accessories (e.g. safety supports, protective elements made of cardboard or polystyrene, etc.) or of the product will lead to a decrease in the value of the products, as mentioned below. Products that show physical changes, bumps, chippings, scratches, stains, shocks, etc., are not accepted for return. without them being brought to compliance.
The return costs and the costs of the associated services already executed at the time of delivery and payment of the order, respectively the costs of delivery, reimbursement, bank fees and those for online payment will be borne by the customer, and the reimbursement of the value of the product will be made within 14 days from the date on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from the contract, but not before the date of receipt of the goods.
According to art. 8.5 of the contract agreed between the netopia.ro and the vilahomedesign.com, the operations paid by card must not be subject to a partial or total return by another means of payment. In case of cancellation of the order or its return by the buyer, the vilahomedesign.com must use the functionalities provided by the software solution to cancel the operations. vilahomedesign.com undertakes to comply throughout the period of validity of this contract with all the instructions, processing procedures and technical security rules sent by the Bank during the configuration of the site or subsequently, communicated directly or through the Processor. The amounts paid through the online payment method, by bank card or Bitcoin, will be automatically blocked on the client’s account, by the payment processor, and automatically directed to the bank account of the vilahomedesign.ro, within approximately 72 hours. We would like to draw attention to the fact that this process is done automatically, without the intervention of any employee of the vilahomedesign.com. The order confirmation will be made after the verification and confirmation of the collection. If the orders cannot be honored, the return of the money will be made within a maximum of 5 working days from the communication to the client. In case of returning / unlocking the amounts paid online (at the customer’s request or because of the inability to deliver the products), please contact the bank issuing the card because depending on the protocol you signed and concluded with the bank, although a representative vilahomedesign.ro request the return of the amount, the bank can unlock the value within a period of up to 30 days.
Return policy for personalized products
In this case, none of the variants of modifying the order by replacing or refunding the amount paid can no longer be applied because the personalized products with the customer’s specifications can no longer be resold.
We apply the legislation in force related to the return of the products and the refund of the value or their replacement. Letter c) of article 16 provides for the exception of return of products customized to the consumer’s specifications because these products cannot be resold. The products ordered by you are unique, personalized and made according to your preferences.
For this reason, after you have completed the order, you can not unilaterally give up the product!
The products ordered and picked up from the work point, cannot be returned according to O.U.G 34 of 2014.

Return conditions in the case of legal entities (economic operators* ) / customers who do not meet the conditions regarding the quality of consumer *
– period of 3 working days from the date of taking possession of the product / products
– minimum 3 orders completed in advance to the one for which you want returned with a value of minimum. 2000 euro
– filling in the return form in which the reason for the return and the IBAN account (mandatory) will be mentioned.
– the returned product to be sealed or unused* (*in the case of products without a specific seal – also in such cases the conditions of the return policy apply).
– the products accepted as return, will be returned within a maximum of 3 days (calendar) from the return confirmation.
* Any economic operator registered with ANAF on the basis of a CUI/CIF, except for non-profit organizations or associations made up of individuals who do not aim for profit (e.g. associations of tenants).
We reserve the right to apply a penalty in the case of products that do not meet the above mentioned conditions or with an exceeded return term.

The return can be made directly at the working point (address above) or by courier (recommended by DPD courier).
The sender is responsible for the correctness of the data written on the transport document (AWB), as well as for the correct packaging and labeling of the packages.
The parcels sent by the sender must be packaged in a way that protects the product from factors that can lead to its damage throughout the transport (it is recommended to use safety features, e.g.: polyester, cardboard, air bubble wrap, etc.). It is also recommended to pack the package so that it corresponds to the weight, shape and nature of the content, as well as the mode and duration of transport. The packaging must protect the contents so that it cannot be damaged by pressure or successive manipulations, being able, as the case may be, from cardboard boxes, plywood, wood, plastic filled with polystyrene.
The term of analysis of a request for withdrawal from the contract may vary between 5 and 10 days from the receipt of the product but will not exceed the legal term of reimbursement of the value in accordance with the legislation in force.
Returns by express courier or by post will not be made with reimbursement. The return of the amounts of money paid will be made later by bank transfer.
In order to avoid the refusal of the damaged packages and to verify the integrity of the products and accessories, we recommend that the return be made with the possibility of checking the package at the reception. If the parcel is suspected of damage and cannot be verified in the presence of the courier agent (in the absence of the package verification option) it will be returned, and will be recovered from the customer’s home on the operator’s cost, then the finding process will be completed in the presence of the delivery agent. In order to request any compensations from the courier company, you can check the integrity of the returned product in the presence of the courier agent and we recommend you to request the conclusion of a report of findings.
According to O.U.G. No. 34/2014 on consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals, as well as for the amendment and completion of certain normative acts, “Before the expiry of the withdrawal period, the Consumer has the right to withdraw from this contract, without having to justify the decision of withdrawal and without incurring other costs than those provided for in Article 13 para.( 3) and Article 14, within 14 calendar days starting with the day on which it comes into physical possession of the product. The costs of return shall be borne by the consumer.’ The return will be made within 14 calendar days from the withdrawal / waiver / return request.
